  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal hygiene items (e.g., underwear, skincare if opened)

  • Clearance or final sale items


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

  3. Returned items must be shipped to our return address within 5 working days after approval.

Shipping fees for returns may apply unless the product was faulty or wrongly delivered.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 7 working days, to your original payment method or wallet.

  • Partial refunds may apply if the item is not in perfect condition.

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.
